Vitals and lifestyle can be found on many templates from the 
including the conditions template and the LTC templates.
It can also be accessed from auto-consultations > ardens GENERAL > Vitals + Lifestyle.
Note: If you regularly use this template, it may be useful to add this to your F12 Favourites for quick access.
The screen is split in 2 parts, Vitals and Lifestyle.
The vitals section allows end users to record numeric read codes along with shortcuts to different templates if required.
The lifestyle section offers a list of codes covering alcohol, diet, exercise, smoking and weight with shortcuts to other templates if required.
