The Vaccination and Imms Activity reports can be found in Clinical Reporting under Ardens Ltd -  Vaccination and Imms Activity.

These reports are broken down by the calendar month and vaccination and imms done here and done elsewhere folders.  

The reports are designed for Practices to get an understanding of the vaccination stock control within their practice and to see the activity occurring outside of the practice. The done here reports will contain registered GMS, temporary and walk in patients also including deceased and deducted patients.  

Please Note: These reports are designed to cover activity only and not for any form of payments as some patients included may not meet certain eligible criteria.  To learn more about our payment reports, please refer to our Immunisations Support Article for more information.

Breaking down the Vaccination and Imms Reports

These reports can also be used to breakdown vaccination details such as the vaccination reasons and vaccination types.  

To breakdown the reports; right click on the requested report and select Breakdown Results. Once selected the below screen will appear. Opening the vaccination folder on the left hand side allows you to tick the different vaccination options.  Remember to click the refresh button for the columns to populate on the right hand side.  Selecting the magnifying glass will then present the patients along with the new breakdown columns.
