Below is our guidance on how your initial training could work for your Practice. We always try and ensure that our training sessions are specific for each role and we feel that the following sessions for both remote and face to face training sessions works best along with the suggested schedule. Clicking on any of the session links will give you a summary of each session along with a link to a pre-recorded live webinar at the bottom of the page to refer to.
Please Note - We recommend that you appoint an Ardens super-user for your Practice. This person should sit in on all of the training sessions so that information can be cascaded down to any new staff or anyone who isn't able to attend the training.
The training will cover key features for each group. It is ultimately the responsibility of each Practice to decide which features are to be used by each team after the training. This is usually discussed at a Practice meeting after the training session has taken place and is a key reason why appointing a super-user essential.
We recommend the below schedule for any remote training sessions;
10.00 - 11.00 - Practice Manager and Data Quality Team
11.15 - 12.15 - Nurses and HCAs
12.30 - 13.30 - GPs and ANPs
13.45 - 14.45 - Reception and Admin Team
As these sessions are completed remotely over Teams it is possible to split the above sessions over different days and times if it is more convenient.
There is also an optional benefit of recorded sessions for you to refer back to.
Face to Face Training
We recommend the below schedule for any Face to Face training sessions;
We can of course adjust the schedule to fit around clinical meetings or lunchtime if preferable. If you would like a different schedule please contact our Training team during the booking process.
Please Note - We will not able to split face to face training over a number of days as all training will be delivered on the requested date.
Please have a computer with SystmOne installed in the room that you would like the training to take place in, along with a projector or large TV if you wish to use one.
