This is a known compatibility issue between SystmOne and Windows 10 /  Microsoft Office.


If you are having problems opening/saving Microsoft Word documents on SystmOne, please try the solution below.



Step 1

Open a blank Microsoft Word document > click 'File' top left of screen.

Select 'Options' from the blue left hand menu.


Step 2

Select 'Trust Center' at bottom of menu > click 'Trust Center Settings...'.


Step 3

Select 'Trusted Locations' from menu > click 'Add new location'.


Step 4

Paste C:\apps\tpp\temp into the highlighted box shown below.
