1 Audit Trail

To see sent emails in SystmOne, go to the Clinical Tree > Communications & Letters. using the drop down list at the top you can filter by NHSmail and you see in the recipient details in the information column.  

2 Read Receipts

To setup email read receipts, please see here.

3 Referral Reconciliation

Go to Clinical Reporting > Ardens > Referrals > Fast Track Referrals.
You can see Fast Track or Rapid Referral read codes in the last month or week. Check these against read receipts or clinic letters to ensure nothing has been missed.
