Introduction
Exporting SystmOne reports to Excel allows for further filtering and sorting of data as well as being able to upload the patient list to third party software like AccuRx.
There are a couple of ways a practice could export data into excel:
Using a Report Output
A report output has been created that practices can select and then export into excel that has all the necessary headings needed to be used for Accurx.
First, run the report you want to use and then Right Click > Show Patients

Once the list of patient loads, at the top press 'Select Output' and then from the box that pops up, select the 'Pre-defined report output' option, and then find the Output called 'AccuRx - Mobile Numbers'

The list of patients will refresh with new headings:

If you right-click anywhere in the list that appears, you can then select ‘Table > Open as CSV’.
Breakdown a Report
An alternative way is to breakdown an existing report and select the data you want displayed before exporting it into Excel.
On the report you want to use, 'Right Click > Breakdown Results'

On the screen that appears, various data can be displayed by selecting it on the left hand window:
For example, by opening the 'Demographics' folder, things like 'Telecom number' can be selected, alongside anything else you wish to select:

Once you have selected everything you wish to be displayed, press the 'Refresh' button just above this list. The informnation in the right hand window will update with whatever has been selected. You can then 'Right Click > Show Patients' as before, or just 'Right Click > Open as CSV' from here.
